Tomohito (知仁; 1495 – 1557), better known as Emperor Go-Nara, was the Emperor of Japan from 1526 until his death in 1557.

In 1550s, Tomohito was contacted by the Assassins Alvaro Catarribera and his apprentice Tsuyu,[1][2] who sought to gain their support in their secret war against the Templars in the region.[3] In return, Tomohito entrusted the three Imperial Regalia to them, giving them the task of keeping the artifacts safe.[4]
