Kagae Koheiji (died 1585) was a Japanese samurai who served as a captain under Imagawa Tomeji, the enforcer of the Japanese Templar Kimura Yukari, in Awaji during the late Sengoku period.
Biography[edit | edit source]
By 1585, Koheiji was an experienced warrior who had mastered his katana after years of training. While he was reluctant to work as a captain under Tomeji, he put aside his moral opposition to support his elderly father. Along with his fellow captains, he patrolled Awaji and violently policed the people.[1]
After the Master Assassin Fujibayashi Tsuyu spoke with her daughter Naoe and Yasuke about Koheiji, the two Kakushiba ikki members discovered him on one of his patrols, eliminated him, and recovered the bow Heartstopper from his personal effects.[1]
