Taguchi Myoga was a Japanese monk and a master who lived during the late Sengoku period.

Biography[edit | edit source]

At some point in his life, Taguchi Myoga led his own teaching grounds of the at Awaji near Kannoji Temple. He soon met with an Igan shinobi and Master Assassin Tsuyu, who inquired for his council. During their meeting, Tsuyu learned how to handle the and then challenged Myoga to a duel. After accepting it, he was soon bested by Tsuyu, who began to trust a man with great character. She soon gave him a key to a sacred treasure and to hide it from the Sanzoku Ippa. He could only give it to one who had proven his worth as he did to Tsuyu.[1]

He later gave her the key's location at Mountainside Ruins but warned her of Kimura Yukari's tight control of the island. Before parting, Myoga gave her the Elegance Defined trinket as a gift.[2]
