Assassin's Creed: Forgotten Temple is a comic that was released on the Webtoon platform. Written by ARC; adapted by SHYATAN, NOHT, and YEON; and with art by Tabii, the comic serves as a sequel to Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, focusing on Edward Kenway's search for Pieces of Eden in Southeast Asia in 1725.^[1]^[2]

The modern-day segments of the story follow Edward's descendant Noa Kim, a Korean-American college student who is abducted by Abstergo Industries during a trip to Macau, China. Once captured, Dr. Shimazu Sei forces Noa to relive Edward's genetic memories to further the Templars' goals, and in the process Noa learns more about his Assassin heritage.^[3]

Edward Kenway returns to take the leap of faith in an all-new adventure. The high-seas hunt is on for a long-lost treasure left by Those Who Came Before. But this time, the Templars aren't the only ones after the prize. Join history's most cunning pirate in an epic journey around the Chinese Sea.^[4]

002	2 May 2023	Following his abduction by Abstergo, Noa is forced to relive Edward's memories in the Animus. After learning of a potential new Isu site, Edward travels to Macau in search of John Young, a navigator claiming to have found the ruins of Angkor, the lost city of the Khmer Empire. Edward interrogates John, only to discover that he stole the story from his friend Hendrik.
003	9 May 2023	After protecting John from a group of attacking ninja, Edward has John take him to Hendrik, only to find the man mortally wounded. Before dying, Hendrik tells Edward about the location of a "piece" in Angkor and gives him a letter to deliver to his family. This triggers an intense emotional reaction from Noa in the present, resulting in a synchronization error.
004	16 May 2023	After escaping from Hendrik's Dutch East India Company colleagues, who mistook him for Hendrik's killer, Edward runs into more ninja who chase him to the port. There, the ninja try to kill an innocent laborer named Zhang for being a witness to the engagement, but Edward saves him and battles the ninja. In the present, Doctor Shimazu Sei informs Mitsuko Nakamura of Noa's progress reliving Edward's memories.
005	23 May 2023	Edward and Zhang are saved by John using a stolen ship. With the port on high alert, Zhang offers to help Edward and John hide in his home village. Edward hunts two alligators to return the villagers' favor of hospitality, but the feast is interrupted by a female villager's worsening health. Noa realizes the illness is cholera and wishes to help, but causes another synchronization error.
006	30 May 2023	Noa is pulled from the Animus after it reacts violently to the synchronization error. He is later visited by Sei, who tells him the truth about the Animus, the Assassin-Templar War, and Abstergo's efforts to locate a Piece of Eden found by Edward in Indochina. Noa refuses to cooperate at first, but soon changes his mind and decides to strike a deal with Sei.
007	6 June 2023	Noa goes back into the Animus willingly in the hopes of learning more about his ancestors and after being promised his freedom by Sei in exchange for helping her. To help the sick people of Zhang's village, Edward infiltrates a warehouse owned by the affluential merchant Madam Lee to steal salt and sugar for a remedy. While there, he overhears Lee's guards talk about her recent purchase of Hendrik's sea log.
008	13 June 2023	Edward escapes from Lee's warehouse after it is set on fire by a group of ninja, whom he proceeds to defeat. However, the last ninja kills himself before he can be interrogated. As guards arrive on the scene, Edward flees with the resources he managed to acquire. In the present, Noa recalls how he decided to learn the truth about the Assassins by reliving Edward's memories, without Sei's bias against the Brotherhood.
009	20 June 2023	Edward is again rescued by John and his ship and returns to Zhang's village with the resources. After his remedy saves most of the sick villagers, Zhang and his fellow laborers offer to repay the favor by becoming Edward's informants in Macau. After a week, they manage to confirm Lee has Hendrik's log and inform Edward and John. In the present, Sei is concerned to see Noa share the Assassins' stubborn belief that they can always help everyone.
010	27 June 2023	Edward infiltrates the Mandarin's House, Lee's private residence, to steal Hendrik's log. However, he is caught red-handed by Lee, who reveals she is aware of his identity, before both are caught off-guard by an attack by Shimazu clan ninja. In the present, Noa retorts Sei's earlier remarks about the Assassins being criminals due to Edward not killing anyone during his infiltration.
011	4 July 2023	Edward helps Lee's guards to fight off the attacking ninja and engages their masked leader in a duel. Despite emerging victorious, the masked leader retreats alongside their ninja, though not before revealing their name: Shimazu Saito. Edward realizes that Saito took Hendrik's log from him during their duel, but not a document that Edward had found inside the log earlier.
012	11 July 2023	Lee explains to Edward that the Templars have been working with her rivals to sabotage her company, that she turned down Hendrik's offer to sponsor an expedition to Angkor, and that she refused to hand over Hendrik's log to the Templars. Realizing they share a common enemy, Edward and Lee strike an alliance. Meanwhile, Saito discovers Hendrik's log is encrypted and deduces Edward has the cipher needed to decode it.
013	18 July 2023	Following a tip-off from Zhang, Edward spies on a meeting between three of Lee's rivals: Alan Jacob, Jan van Aert, and Sun. There, he learns that the three are behind the attack on the Mandarin's House, and suspects one of them of being a Templar. In the present, Sei decides to teach Noa more about the Assassins and uses the Animus to tell him about Ezio Auditore.
014	25 July 2023	Alan shows Jan and Sun a "treasure" he has acquired to convince them to work together to drive Lee out of Macau. Edward goes to warn Lee but becomes angry when she shows more concern for her business than the lives of her workers. When news come that both the market and Lee's fleet are under attack, Edward decides to go and protect the ships.
015	1 August 2023	Edward and John sail towards one of Lee's ships that is being raided by pirates. Boarding the ship, Edward dispatches half of the crew and takes the captain, Rupiya, hostage, scaring the remaining pirates into returning to their ship and fleeing. He then interrogates Rupiya and learns that his crew was hired by Sun to replace his previous associates: a crew of Japanese pirates.
016	8 August 2023	After locking up Rupiya in Zhang's village, Edward goes to inform Lee of what he learned. Lee blames Edward for not being there to defend the market, but Edward retorts that he has learned to live with the consequences of his choices. After her ships are detained by the Dutch Navy, Lee discovers this to be another one of her rivals' plots. Edward offers a solution and, at night, follows one of Alan Jacob's convoys to an opium den.
017	15 August 2023	Edward recovers an opium package and presents it to Lee, who expresses interest in selling the drug for her own gain but is forbidden from doing so by Edward. With John's help, Edward later stages a raid on a Far East Company ship to expose the company's opium trafficking to the public. However, Lee secretly goes back on their agreement and orders her men to salvage any product they can from the ship.
018	22 August 2023	Edward decides to investigate his lead on Sun and heads to a tavern and Sun's ceramic shop. However, he has little success until spotting several ninja in disguise, and decides to follow them. Meanwhile, John takes a captive Rupiya to his crew's hideout so they can recruit the pirates to Edward's cause. In the present, Noa reluctantly asks for Sei's help after running into an issue while synchronizing with Edward's memories.
019	29 August 2023	Edward follows the ninja to a temple, which he infiltrates after stealing a ninja outfit to disguise himself. Learning that Shimazu Saito was ordered by Sun to recover the Far East Company's confiscated opium shipment, Edward accompanies the ninja as they go raid the company's detained ship. During the attack, Edward sneaks away to try and destroy the ship by igniting gunpowder barrels, but is caught by Saito.
020	5 September 2023	Edward fights and unmasks Saito, discovering she is a woman. Meanwhile, part of Saito's ninja who are unhappy with their treatment decide to desert, just as Lee arrives with her workers to seize the opium shipment. Outnumbered, Saito orders a retreat, while Edward tries to stop Lee from stealing the opium. When Lee refuses to back down, Edward ignites a firework and leaps off the ship before a cannonball strikes it.
021	12 September 2023	After the ship is destroyed by John and Rupiya, Edward, having lost Lee's support, decides to start his own organization to bring together the people of Macau's slums. In the present, Noa is pulled out of the Animus and experiences the Bleeding Effect. While Noa is excited by the prospect of becoming as powerful as Edward, Sei warns him about the Bleeding Effect's dangers. Noa then requests that he be taken to Macau.
022	19 September 2023	Noa and Sei begin to bond as they discuss their different backgrounds. Arriving at Macau's A-Ma Cultural Village, Sei's guards get into a fight with security after they are denied access, while Noa runs off to investigate on his own. He finds a secret entrance into Zhang's old office, from where he recovers a ledger before hearing gunshots outside.
023	26 September 2023	While Sei's guards are killed by armed thugs, Noa is approached by two men who claim to have come to his rescue. However, Noa refuses to leave with them and goes to defend Sei. After returning to Abstergo, Noa continues to relive Edward's memories using information from the ledger he found. Witnessing Edward form the Zhang Wei Union, he realizes that the men who approached him are from the same organization.
024	3 October 2023	Edward, John, and Zhang struggle to find clients for the Zhang Wei Union until a merchant hires them to escort his ship to Manila. There, Edward and John learn that the Templars have already begun preparing for their expedition to find Angkor. While sailing back to Macau, Edward witnesses a pirate attack on a Dutch East India Company ship and decides to intervene.
025	10 October 2023	Intending to capture the pirates' ship, Edward orders his crew to attack it as a diversion for him to board it. After killing the pirate captain, Edward persuades the crew to surrender, but is surprised when the ship suddenly catches fire.
026	17 October 2023	Edward rescues the pirates' prisoners from the sinking ship, including a Korean scholar and engineer named Yun Pyeong-Gyu, who impresses him with his knowledge and skills. After escorting the Dutch East India Company vessel to Macau, Edward invites Yun to join the Zhang Wei Union and is approached by Jan van Aert with a proposition. Elsewhere, Madam Lee receives a surprise visit from a Shimazu clan ninja.
027	24 October 2023	Edward accepts a job from Jan to rid the Paracel Islands of pirates, hoping to secure the Dutch East India Company as a business partner for the Zhang Wei Union. After having Yun build them weapons to give them an advantage over the pirates, Edward and his crew set sail for the Paracels. Meanwhile, Lee secures an alliance with the Shimazu clan.
028	31 October 2023	Edward devises a plan to infiltrate the pirates' stronghold and destroy it. While Rupiya distracts the pirates by getting them drunk and Zhang poses as his prisoner, Edward and John plant explosives. However, when Edward frees the pirates' prisoners, the resulting commotion attracts the pirates' attention, initiating a gunfight. As the group runs back to their ship, their explosives detonate, destroying the pirate compound.
029	7 November 2023	Edward and his crew manage to flee the Paracel Islands, but Rupiya accidentally sails them to a rough patch of the sea where he is forced to slow down the ship. As the pirates catch up with them, Edward decides to lure their pursuers into a trap and orders the crew to fire the hwachas built by Yun. This kills all of the pirates and leaves their ships open for the taking.
030	14 November 2023	After securing a partnership between the Zhang Wei Union and the Dutch East India Company, Edward decides to resume his search for Angkor and sets out to recover Hendrik's sea log from Shimazu Saito. Learning of a war between Saito's ninja and a faction of mainland Japanese ninja, Edward intervenes in a fight between the two groups. However, he is then confronted by Sun, who reveals that the log is in his possession.
031	21 November 2023	Edward becomes caught in a three-way standoff between Sun, Lee, and the Dutch East India Company. After both Sun and Lee retreat, Edward is approached by Fuma Sukuna, the leader of the Japanese ninja, who asks him to assassinate Saito. Accepting the mission, Edward goes to meet with Yun, who has upgraded the Zhang Wei Union's new flagship, the Fenghuang, and modified his Hidden Blade to include a miniature crossbow.
032	28 November 2023	Edward infiltrates Sun's floating gambling hall to assassinate Saito and recover Hendrik's log. He has John serve as his decoy, but Saito sees through his ploy and decides to search for Edward. While Sun awaits the arrival of several guests, Saito confronts Edward and the two prepare to clash.
033	5 December 2023	Edward fights Saito and manages to tackle her into the water, where he attempts to drown her. Meanwhile, Fuma Sukuna and his ninja deal with Saito's men and prepare to assassinate Sun and recover Hendrik's log on Lee's orders. Sun's guests arrive and one of them is revealed to be Sun's nephew, Xiao Han.
034	12 December 2023	Edward saves Saito because she reminds him of his late friend Mary Read, and proposes an alliance to recover Hendrik's log and find Angkor. Meanwhile, John falls in love with the waitress Xialun Qing, but is forced to intervene when the Japanese ninja attack Sun's ship. As Sun reveals to Xiao Han his plan to gift Angkor's treasure to the Qing Emperor, his nephew denounces him and prepares to kill him, revealing himself to be an Assassin.
035	19 December 2023	While Xiao Han and his fellow Assassins, Liu Qing and Xue Yan, battle Sun's guards, Edward and Saito race to Sun's ship. After witnessing her men being massacred by the Japanese ninja, Saito is sent into a frenzy and kills the ninja with Edward's help. Once they arrive on the ship, Saito goes to confront Liu Qing while Edward stops Xiao Han from executing Sun.
036	26 December 2023	Edward and Xiao Han fight until they each deduce the other's Assassin affiliations. After Xiao Han reveals his plan to use Angkor's treasure to overthrow the oppressive Qing dynasty, Edward opposes him due to disagreeing with the use of Isu artifacts for personal gain. Meanwhile, Saito is defeated by Liu Qing but is saved by Edward, before the Chinese Assassins set off in pursuit of Sun, who has fled with Hendrik's log.
037	2 January 2024	Saito's past is explored, revealing that she was the illegitimate daughter of the Shimazu clan's leader, trained in the clan's ways alongside her friends. Looked down upon by most clan members due to their mixed blood, the quest for Angkor was Saito and her friends' chance to prove their worth, but now that all of her friends are dead, Saito has lost her purpose. Urged by Edward to find a new reason to live, Saito decides to avenge her friends.
038	9 January 2024	Xiao Han kills Sun and recovers Hendrik's log, but it is stolen by Edward. Unable to make Edward sympathize with his cause, Xiao Han declares him an enemy of the Chinese Brotherhood. Meanwhile, Saito fights Fuma Sukuna, her former mentor, but the latter retreats when Sun's ship begins to be bombarded with cannon fire by Zheng, an admiral hired by Madam Lee.
039	16 January 2024	After losing Hendrik's log to Xiao Han, Edward escapes the sinking ship with Saito by boarding a gunboat stolen by John, who has also rescued Xialun Qing. Zheng spots the group and attempts to kill them, but is forced back by the Fenghuang. As Edward welcomes Saito into the Zhang Wei Union, the Chinese Assassins approach Zheng to demand an audience with Lee.
040	23 January 2024	The Chinese Assassins form an alliance with Lee to find Angkor's treasure. Meanwhile, Yun opposes Saito's recruitment to the Zhang Wei Union, though he eventually warms up to her following an archery contest. The Union members decipher the contents of Hendrik's log, memorized by Saito, and find a message telling them to follow in Ferdinand Magellan's footsteps.
041	30 January 2024	Hendrik's log reveals that he investigated the story of Ferdinand Magellan, who in 1521 found a Piece of Eden in Cebu, which was part of a set. While attempting to retrieve another artifact from Mactan, Magellan was killed by the island's chief Lapu-Lapu. Deducing they need to find Magellan's resting place, the Zhang Wei Union members set sail for the Philippines, unknowingly followed by Alan Jacob. In the present, Noa is removed from the Animus after seemingly succumbing to the Bleeding Effect.
042	6 February 2024	After Noa reveals he played a prank, an upset Sei takes him back to his room, where Noa converses with a hallucination of Edward. Meanwhile, Sei contacts her superior, who reminds her that she will not receive another chance to prove the Shimazu family's value to the Templars. As the Exitus ship, which both Noa and Sei are on, leaves Macau, it is secretly tailed by Nathan Zhang and his criminal organization, Doom Eagle.
043	13 February 2024	The Exitus arrives in Cebu, where Noa and Sei, joined by the latter's bodyguard Yuki, search for leads to help them trace Edward's footsteps. During their investigation, the group is spied on by members of Doom Eagle, who plan to rescue Noa. Manipulating the traffic, the gang members lead the Abstergo convoy containing Noa, Sei, and Yuki into an ambush.
044	20 February 2024	Noa, Sei, and Yuki escape Doom Eagle's ambush and head to a shopping mall, only to be trapped by Nathan Zhang and his men again. An injured Yuki gives Noa her bracer, which contains a retractable stun baton akin to a Hidden Blade, before he and Sei flee into the mall. Nathan and his men follow the pair and prepare to hunt them down.
045	27 February 2024	After disguising themselves, Noa uses his stealth skills to dispatch several Doom Eagle thugs who were following Sei. As they reach the top floor of the mall, Noa and Sei are confronted by Nathan, who offers to spare Sei if Noa comes with him willingly. Noa refuses and pushes Sei off the balcony and onto an inflatable castle below, then gets ready to fight Nathan.
046	5 March 2024	Noa fights Nathan, who reveals that Noa's father, who abandoned him during his childhood, was an Assassin and had done so to protect him from the Templars. Despite defeating Noa, Nathan decides to respect his wishes to follow his own path and lets him go after giving him Rupiya's sea log. Reminding Noa that the Zhang Wei Union will always be at his service, Nathan leaves just as Sigma Team arrives and secures Noa.
047	12 March 2024	Noa and Sei return to the Exitus to continue tracking Edward's memories using the information from Rupiya's log. Noa asks Sei if what Nathan said about his father is true, and she informs him of the Templars' worldwide purge against the Assassins. Meanwhile, Nathan calls his sister Claire Zhang and tells her that, when the time comes, Noa will help them acquire the Piece of Eden sought by Abstergo. In the Animus, the Zhang Wei Union members are ambushed by Admiral Zheng at sea.
048	19 March 2024	The Fenghuang manages to escape from Zheng's fleet, only to be boarded by the Chinese Assassins using gliders. Yun recognizes the bombs dropped by the Assassins to be filled with Greek fire, and instructs the crew to put out the flames with sand. While Edward stops Xiao Han from killing Yun, John and the crew manage to surround Liu Qing, holding him at gunpoint, and a vengeful Saito prepares to face off against Xue Yan.
049	26 March 2024	Edward fights Xiao Han while Saito defeats Xue Yan. With a storm approaching, Xiao Han decides to abandon the battle, and the Chinese Assassins retreat back to Zheng's ship. Edward orders his crew to sail into the storm to lose Zheng's fleet, but one ship manages to follow them. Before they can engage it, the enemy ship is sunk by a Dutch East India Company vessel commanded by Jan van Aert.
050	2 April 2024	Jan reveals that he knows about Angkor's treasure because Hendrik reported all his findings to him, forcing Edward to reluctantly allow Jan to join the expedition. Yun plans to create more Greek fire using petroleum, but the Fenghuang and Jan's ship both come under attack by a Spanish fleet. Forced to surrender, the two groups are taken to Manila, where Jan is accused of orchestrating the previous Governor-General's assassination.
051	9 April 2024	The Fenghuang's crew escapes confinement and retrieves their confiscated weapons, before Edward goes to rescue Jan and his men from Fort Santiago. Meanwhile, Saito notices a monk using a crescent amulet to influence the masses and lead a riot against the Governor-General. She informs Edward, who realizes that the amulet is a Piece of Eden.

The two then confront the monk and kill his followers, but the monk uses his amulet to resurrect them. Elsewhere, a group of Visayan warriors plan to retrieve the amulet for their own ends.
053	23 April 2024	The Fenghuang's crew battles Spanish soldiers at the harbor to retrieve their confiscated supplies, and Yun stumbles upon a warehouse filled with barrels of petroleum, which he decides to take for himself. Meanwhile, Edward and Saito dismember the monk's acolytes to prevent them from being resurrected, but the monk then uses the amulet on Saito.
054	30 April 2024	Edward and Saito battle illusions conjured by the monk, including a large oni apparition. Although managing to defeat the oni after overcoming her own inner demons, Saito cannot bring herself to attack an apparition of her late friends and is knocked unconscious. Meanwhile, Edward experiences an illusion of losing his right arm, causing a synchronization error for Noa, but is eventually able to overcome all of the monk's tricks.
055	7 May 2024	The monk tries to escape from Edward, using the amulet's powers to command civilians to attack the Assassin and tamper with his Eagle Vision. Despite this, Edward is able to corner the monk and tries to take the amulet from him. However, the monk uses the artifact on Edward, who awakens in a strange void.
056	14 May 2024	Edward experiences visions of the past and the future, including one of Hendrik concealing something within a wooden cross. Meanwhile, Rajah, the leader of the Visayan warriors, kills the monk and takes the amulet, intending to use it to end Spain's colonial rule over the Philippines. Edward fights Rajah, who is aware of his ties to the "Hidden Ones", but is forced to escape.
057	21 May 2024	As a result of Edward's contact with the amulet, Noa relives a memory from the Assassin's earlier life, learning how his greed and ambitions ruined his marriage to Caroline Scott. After experiencing a hallucination of multiple versions of Edward, Noa wakes up and returns to the Animus, despite Sei's warnings that another encounter with a Piece of Eden could kill him. In the Animus, the Zhang Wei Union members escape Manila after Jan lures away the Spanish Navy.
058	28 May 2024	The Union members stop at a village to resupply ahead of their voyage to Cebu, only to learn of unsettling rumours concerning the nearby Monkey Island. Meanwhile, Madam Lee arrives in Manila and negotiates a deal with the Spanish officials to grant Zheng's fleet passage to the Southern Seas. The Chinese Assassins learn about the events of the Manila riot, and Xiao Han decides to retrieve the amulet from Rajah.
059	4 June 2024	After adopting a baby monkey, John tells Edward about his thoughts of settling down with Qing. Edward recounts his experiences as a husband and a father, making John realize that he wants to start a family. As the Fenghuang approaches Monkey Island, Rajah's men, who have occupied the island's fort, trap the ship in the bay. Needing to find the fort without exposing their location, Qing and Yun offer a solution: a hot air balloon.
060	11 June 2024	Qing volunteers to fly in the balloon, dubbed the Celestial Chariot, and survey Monkey Island from above. After she marks the locations of enemy encampments, the Fenghuang's crew fires on them, clearing the path ahead. However, the Celestial Chariot then suffers a malfunction mid-flight and catches fire.
061	18 June 2024	Qing parachutes from the burning balloon and lands on Monkey Island. The Fenghuang's crew splits into two groups: one led by Edward, which goes to the island in search of Qing, and another led by Saito, which remains on the ship. After engaging the resistance's fort as a distraction to allow Edward's group to reach the island, Saito and the others go hide in a swamp, where they are spied on by Rajah's men.
062	25 June 2024	Rajah's warriors, some of whom are disguised as manananggals, board the Fenghuang, forcing Saito and the others to fight them off. Meanwhile, Edward's group tracks Qing to a village and, assuming its inhabitants have kidnapped her, prepare to attack it. To their surprise, they find Qing treating the sick villagers, making them realize the natives are harmless.
063	2 July 2024	The Fenghuang sails into the open sea to escape from Rajah's men after Saito realizes the warriors are empowered by the crescent amulet. Meanwhile, Edward learns that Rajah has been forcefully conscripting villagers, using the amulet to place them under mind control. Disagreeing with Rajah's tactics, Edward sets out to rescue the brainwashed warriors.
064	9 July 2024	Edward captures several brainwashed warriors and brings them back to the village, where the chief informs him of the conflict between Rajah's resistance and a faction of Japanese settlers seeking the amulet. After Rajah and most of his men leave Monkey Island upon acquiring a fleet, Edward and the villagers storm the resistance's fort to rescue the prisoners held there, and John plants explosives to destroy the stronghold.
065	16 July 2024	The Zhang Wei Union members are reunited after the fort's destruction and leave Monkey Island, while John proposes to Qing. At nightfall, the Chinese Assassins and Fuma Sukuna come to investigate the fort's ruins, and Sukuna's men lay waste to the surrounding villages, causing Xue Yan to begin questioning their mission's righteousness. The Fenghuang sails to Cebu, where Edward and Saito discover that Rajah has beaten them to their destination.
066	23 July 2024	While Rajah retrieves Hendrik's second sea log from the Basilica del Santo Niño, Edward and Saito rescue a young girl caught in the crossfire between Rajah's resistance and the Spanish Army. The two then confront Rajah, who refuses to stand down and uses the crescent amulet to force a group of Spanish soldiers to kill each other. Meanwhile, John spots Rajah's fleet approaching Cebu and decides to attack it.
067	30 July 2024	Edward and Saito escape from the basilica and lure a group of Spanish soldiers to the Cebu harbor, where Rajah and his men are regrouping. Before the soldiers and the native warriors can open fire on one another, the Fenghuang, captained by John and Rupiya, arrives and sinks Rajah's fleet.
068	6 August 2024	Rajah and his men retreat to Fort San Pedro, taking over the citadel while awaiting the arrival of another getaway ship. The Zhang Wei Union members follow them and devise a plan to infiltrate the fort using a new and improved Celestial Chariot built by Yun. Edward and Saito volunteer to board the balloon, with a reluctant John joining them, and the trio take off in the Celestial Chariot, which brings them right above the fort.
069	13 August 2024	Rajah, corrupted by the crescent amulet, kills his men after they question his orders to execute the civilians who helped them take over Fort San Pedro. Meanwhile, Edward and Saito infiltrate the fort to search for Rajah, and John remains inside the Celestial Chariot to provide cover fire. After finding Rajah surrounded by his men's bodies, Edward and Saito realize that he has completely lost his humanity and prepare to fight him.
070	20 August 2024	While Saito goes to find Hendrik's sea log, Edward duels Rajah, who reveals that he has seen visions of future wars that will ravage the Philippines. With Rajah seeking to prevent these conflicts at all costs, Edward explains that true freedom can only be achieved by treating everyone equally. However, this only angers Rajah, who summons illusions to fight Edward. Elsewhere, John witnesses Zheng's fleet approaching Cebu.
071	27 August 2024	Edward defeats Rajah by separating him from the amulet, which proceeds to show him memories from the Visayan chief's early life. Meanwhile, Saito retrieves Hendrik's log, but is faced with a dilemma over fleeing with it or returning to Edward. The Chinese Assassins arrive in Cebu, and Xiao Han kills Rajah before confronting Edward and demanding the amulet.
072	3 September 2024	Edward fights Xiao Han and fails to make him see the error of his ways before Saito arrives to help Edward while Xiao Han is joined by Liu Qing and Xue Yan. Elsewhere, John accidentally causes the Celestial Chariot to rapidly descend, and Zheng breaks her promise to wait for the Chinese Assassins' return and attacks the Fenghuang. Overwhelmed by Zheng's fleet, Yun decides to use his latest invention: Greek fire bombs.
073	10 September 2024	While Yun's bombs stop the advancement of Zheng's fleet, Saito is defeated by Xue Yan, who steals Hendrik's log from her. Edward reluctantly uses the amulet to subdue Xiao Han and Liu Qing, allowing him and Saito to escape in the Celestial Chariot, which John managed to prevent from crashing. In the present, Edward's usage of the amulet affects Noa, who finds himself stuck in the Animus' memory corridor.
074	17 September 2024	Noa succumbs to the Bleeding Effect, gaining the skills of different Assassins and going on a rampage aboard the Exitus. Meanwhile, the data from Edward's memories reveals the amulet's current location near the Strait of Malacca, where the SS Ourang Medan vanished during Abstergo's early years. Sei calls her superiors, who order Noa's termination, believing he has outlived his usefulness. However, Sei disagrees and is contacted by the hacker group DedSec, who offer her a deal.
075	24 September 2024	DedSec puts Sei into contact with Nathan Zhang, who proposes a mutually beneficial deal to ensure Noa's safety. Sei reluctantly accepts before being informed of Noa's rampage, and goes to confront him. Although Noa nearly kills her under the Bleeding Effect's influence, Sei is able to help him return to his senses at the last moment.
076	1 October 2024	Sei convinces her superiors to keep Noa alive by citing Edward's resistance to the Pieces of Eden's powers, which Noa likely inherited. She also has Yuki prepare a "prototype" left by her old friend, Layla Hassan. Noa and Yuki subsequently use a diving bell to descend to the Ourang Medan's shipwreck and recover the amulet. However, during their search, Noa and Yuki are separated and the former stumbles onto a moray eel nest.
077	8 October 2024	Noa escapes from the eels and finds the amulet, but the artifact causes him to experience a hallucination of Edward's nemesis Bartholomew Roberts. Noa overcomes the amulet's powers, surprising Roberts, who claims that Noa has been "chosen" but that he will not be able to fight the Piece of Eden's influence forever. Meanwhile, Sei receives a message informing her that Nathan and his men will reach her position shortly.
078	15 October 2024	Noa and Yuki return to the Abstergo ship with the amulet, just as Nathan and his men commence their attack. Sigma Team tries to carry out their orders to kill Noa, but Sei convinces them to delay his execution by pointing out that, without Noa, any hope of studying the amulet is lost. Afterwards, Yuki has Noa place the amulet in a briefcase, and Sei announces her intentions to help Noa escape, even if it means betraying Abstergo.
079	22 October 2024	Noa, Sei, and Yuki escape from Abstergo with Nathan's help and travel to a Zhawang Corporation safehouse in Singapore to lay low. While Noa receives medical attention for his worsening Bleeding Effect, caused by the amulet, Sei theorizes that Edward recovered from the amulet's effects thanks to another Piece of Eden. To track it down, Sei enters a prototype Animus HR-8 to relive the memories of Saito, her ancestor.
080	29 October 2024	The Fenghuang's crew protects a village from a raid by Japanese mercenaries in exchange for supplies and shelter. Saito defeats and interrogates the mercenary leader, Nagamasa, learning he and his men are outcasts of the Shimazu clan and were hired by Fuma Sukuna, who promised them a place in the clan. Sympathizing with their plight, Saito invites the mercenaries to join her in exacting revenge on the clan.
081	5 November 2024	Nagamasa and his men turn down Saito's offer but are nonetheless freed by her and report back to Sukuna. Nagamasa deduces Sukuna will soon no longer require their services and decides to find Saito. Meanwhile, a still-recovering Edward arrives in the village and argues with Saito over her leadership of the crew. After settling their differences, Saito decides to set a trap for Sukuna, who is aided by the Qing Empire's Rattan Shield Company.
082	12 November 2024	The Company shieldmen fall into the Fenghuang crew's ambush, suffering heavy casualties, but continue to relentlessly pursue them. Sukuna orders Nagamasa and his men to help the shieldmen, but the mercenaries, realizing Sukuna intends for them to be killed, refuse. They go to speak with Saito, who convinces them to join forces against the Shimazu clan.
083	19 November 2024	After securing an alliance with Nagamasa, Edward goes to help Yun and the other crew members who are under attack by Shimazu ninja. He manages to rescue them, but again falls under the crescent amulet's influence. Meanwhile, Saito sets a trap for Sukuna using Qing as bait, resulting in a standoff between Saito, Nagamasa and his mercenaries, and Sukuna and his ninja.
084	26 November 2024	Sukuna and his men retreat and regroup with the Rattan Shield Company. After being warned by Edward, who has seen a vision of the future, that fighting the Company will result in her death, Saito devises a plan to isolate the ninja from the shieldmen. The crew uses Greek fire flamethrowers to create a wall of fire around them, leaving Sukuna with no means of escape and allowing Saito to finally face him alone.
085	3 December 2024	Saito duels Sukuna, who boasts that she will never amount to anything more than a "pale imitation" of the Shimazu clan's arts. A furious Saito manages to overpower and kill Sukuna, avenging her late friends. Meanwhile, the remaining Zhang Wei Union members try to return to the Fenghuang, only to be cornered by the Qing Empire's Special Cavalry Unit atop a cliff. Empowered by the amulet, Edward decides to face their assailants alone.
086	10 December 2024	Edward single-handedly fends off the cavalry unit but is corrupted by the amulet, forcing Saito to take it away from him. The Union members then escape the island and set sail towards the Sultanate of Sulu, where Nagamasa promises to meet them. Zheng is informed of Sukuna and his ninja's demise, and she and the Chinese Assassins prepare to hunt down the Union. In Sulu, Jan van Aert meets with the Sultan, while a group of Assassins warn Edward's wife Tessa that his life may be in danger.
087	17 December 2024	The Fenghuang's crew is imprisoned in Sulu and forced to surrender the amulet due to a deal made by Jan with the Sultan. While Edward and Qing escape their cell, Rupiya pretends to defect to Jan's side, only to knock him unconscious for his duplicity and selfishness. In the present, Sei begins to suffer from the Bleeding Effect, so Noa takes her place in the Animus.
088	24 December 2024	Edward and Qing, with aid from the latter's pet monkey Wukong, free John, Saito, and Yun. However, John is injured while protecting Qing from a guard. After running into Rupiya, who was preparing to rescue them himself, the crew decides to recover the amulet from the warehouse it is kept in, only to witness the Chinese Assassins' arrival in Sulu.
089	31 December 2024	Edward tries to stop the Chinese Assassins from acquiring the amulet, even after experiencing a vision showing that, if he faces them, he will die. While Edward and Xiao Han fight, John, Qing, and Xue Yan attempt to retrieve the amulet, but the warehouse is partially destroyed by Zheng's cannon fire. Qing and Xue Yan both manage to find entry points into the demolished building, moments before its roof collapses.
090	7 January 2025	Qing retrieves the amulet but is captured by Xue Yan while trying to return to Edward and John. With Qing as their hostage, the Chinese Assassins try to bargain with Edward, but Zheng interrupts the exchange by having her fleet open fire on both parties. In the confusion, the amulet falls to the ground, and Edward runs to recover it while Xiao Han tries to stop him.
091	14 January 2025	Edward uses the amulet to defeat Xiao Han, but hesitates to take his life when the artifact shows him visions of both his own and his future son Haytham Kenway's deaths. This allows Xiao Han to break free and he attempts to kill John, but Qing sacrifices herself and takes the blow instead. While the Chinese Assassins escape with the amulet, both John and Edward are left devastated by Qing's death, which the latter blames himself for.
092	21 January 2025	Edward and John are rescued by Nagamasa's men, allowing them to escape from Sulu alongside the Fenghuang. Meanwhile, the Chinese Assassins argue about their actions in Sulu, specifically Xiao Han's murder of Qing, and begin to question if they have lost their moral compass. In the present, the data from Edward's memories reveals the whereabouts of a Piece of Eden in Myanmar, which Sei, Noa, Yuki, and Nathan prepare to track down.
093	28 January 2025	After avoiding capture by Sigma Team, Sei, Noa, Yuki, and Nathan leave Singapore on a cargo ship sailing to Myanmar. Sei then returns to the Animus to continue exploring Saito's memories. In January 1725, Adéwalé assassinates a British Templar and learns that the Templars have laid a trap for Edward in Southeast Asia. In March, the Fenghuang arrives in Singapore, where the crew takes time to recover from their defeat in Sulu.
094	4 February 2025	A despondent Edward wanders the streets of Singapore aimlessly until he is unexpectedly reunited with his wife Tessa. After meeting Saito, Tessa asks her to find her step-daughter, Jennifer, who accompanied her to Singapore but ran off to find Edward by herself. Saito rescues Jennifer from pirates and reluctantly introduces herself as Edward's friend to win her trust.
095	18 February 2025	Saito begins to bond with Jennifer, who believes her to be a hero despite Saito's own doubts about her morality. Meanwhile, Edward expresses his regrets to Tessa, reprimanding himself for leading his new companions astray and abandoning his family now that he knows how little time they have left together. Tessa helps Edward regain his resolve and the two spend the night together, unknowingly leaving Tessa pregnant.
096	25 February 2025	After Edward bids farewell to his family, the Fenghuang's crew resumes their journey, sailing to Burma to recover the second Piece of Eden. Edward discloses to his allies what he learned about the Pieces from his visions, while Saito, John, Rupiya, and Yun vow to continue accompanying him, each having their own reasons to see the adventure through. Meanwhile, Xiao Han and Madam Lee plan to retrieve the third Piece of Eden from Angkor, and Alan Jacob continues to tail the Fenghuang.
097	4 March 2025	The Fenghuang arrives in Yangon, where a group of Buddhist monks help Saito, Edward, Yun, and John enter the city, believing the Piece of Eden housed in the Shwedagon Pagoda will be safer in their hands. At night, Saito and Edward use Yun's third iteration of the Celestial Chariot to fly over the pagoda, before parachuting onto it to commence their infiltration.
098	11 March 2025	Edward and Saito enter the Shwedagon Pagoda to retrieve its Piece of Eden. In the present, Sei, Noa, Yuki, and Nathan also arrive in Yangon and plan their own infiltration of the pagoda. After Nathan contacts the Assassins for help, he and his men attack the soldiers guarding the pagoda as a distraction. This allows Sei and Noa, who believes himself to be Edward due to the Bleeding Effect, to enter the temple through a secret tunnel.
099	18 March 2025	Sei and Noa attempt to retrieve the Piece of Eden from the Shwedagon Pagoda, but first they must pass the artifact's trials by facing their deepest fears and desires. Sei is met by an apparition of Mitsuko Nakamura, who taunts her for betraying the Templars and losing her purpose. With encouragement from Saito, Sei resolves to forge her own path, but succumbs to the Piece of Eden's illusions before she can claim it.
100	25 March 2025	After facing an apparition of Edward, Noa is tempted by the artifact with learning the truth about his father. However, he refuses and declares that he will no longer look into the past for answers. The Piece of Eden then transports Edward's mind to the present, allowing him to speak with Noa. Edward promises to never stop fighting for the future, while Noa takes the artifact and vows to follow his own destiny.
101	1 April 2025	With Sigma Team having arrived at the Shwedagon Pagoda, Noa and Sei flee with the Piece of Eden through a hidden tunnel while Yuki, Nathan and his men hold off the Abstergo agents. Amidst the chaos, Yuki, who has been shot, and Nathan are also able to escape and drive to pick up Noa and Sei. Afterwards, Noa decides to combine the second artifact with the crescent amulet to view past events without the need of the Animus.
102	8 April 2025	After Noa relives Edward and Saito's escape from the Shwedagon Pagoda, he and the others arrive at a safehouse. While Sei treats Yuki's wound, the group plans to steal a seaplane from Yangon's harbor to flee Myanmar. Yuki and Nathan argue about their different ideas of what to do with the Pieces of Eden before Noa decides to separate the artifacts to better protect them; while he keeps the amulet, Sei takes the second artifact.
103	15 April 2025	Noa and the others infiltrate Yangon's harbor, with Noa taking the lead and dispatching several Sigma Team operatives. Noa, Sei, and Yuki then make their way to the hangar while Nathan goes to rescue his captive men. Although he is successful, he is caught by Sigma Team, placing the entire harbor on high alert and initiating a fight with the Abstergo agents.
104	22 April 2025	Yuki sacrifices herself to buy the others time to reach the hangar and escape. After being mortally wounded by Sigma Team's Abyss Walkers, Yuki detonates a grenade, killing both herself and the Abstergo agents. Despite this, Sigma Team manages to surround the hangar, preventing Noa, Sei, and Nathan from taking off. Out of options, Sei seizes the amulet from Noa.
105	29 April 2025	Sei uses the amulet to subdue Sigma Team long enough for Noa and Nathan to escape with the second artifact. While Sei is captured by Abstergo, who place her in the Animus to track down the third Piece of Eden, Noa and Nathan fly to an uncharted island, where Noa decides to continue exploring Edward's memories. Following their escape from Yangon, Edward gives the second artifact to Yun to study, only for John to later steal it.
106	6 May 2025	The Fenghuang is attacked by the East India Company, which was tipped off by John, revealed to be a Templar spy. Holding Yun hostage, John confronts Edward and Saito and accuses the former of causing Xialun Qing's death before revealing that the Templars have promised him a way to resurrect Qing using the Pieces of Eden. After Edward, Saito, and Yun are rescued by Nagamasa, John escapes with the second artifact, intending to deliver it to Alan Jacob, the Templar Grand Master.
107	13 May 2025	The Fenghuang is saved from the East India Company's attack by Ayutthayan mercenaries recruited by Nagamasa, whereupon the crew members prepare to chase John's ship and recover the stolen Piece of Eden. Meanwhile, Madam Lee and Xiao Han, having started a romantic relationship, discuss their respective goals on their way to Phú Xuân, where Lee secures an alliance with the Nguyễn clan to recover Angkor's artifact.
108	20 May 2025	The Fenghuang intercepts John's ship in the Strait of Malacca, allowing Saito, Nagamasa's men, and the Ayutthayan warriors to board it. Saito confronts John and attempts to retrieve the Piece of Eden, but the latter threatens to drop the artifact into the sea. Unsuccessful in their mission, the Zhang Wei Union members are forced to retreat as they are attacked by an East India Company fleet commanded by Alan.
109	27 May 2025	While attempting to escape from the pursuing Company ships, the Fenghuang is simultaneously attacked by Admiral Zheng's fleet, which has stumbled upon the engagement. After briefly fighting each other, both Alan's and Zheng's fleets refocus their efforts on sinking the Fenghuang. Fortunately, the crew is saved by the timely arrival of a combined Dutch East India Company and privateer fleet commanded by Jan van Aert.
110	3 June 2025	After Alan's and Zheng's fleets retreat, the Fenghuang's crew accompanies Jan to Batavia. There, Edward is reunited with Zhang, who traveled from Macau and contacted Jan for help. After Jan explains that he needs the Zhang Wei Union's assistance to recover the Pieces of Eden and restore the balance of power in Southeast Asia, Edward agrees to resume their partnership and decides to recruit additional allies.
111	10 June 2025	Edward rallies Batavia's pirates, convincing them to fight against those who would rob them of their freedom. With his newly assembled fleet, Edward departs Batavia and embarks on his final voyage. In the present, Noa and Nathan are found and attacked by Sigma Team but manage to fend off their assailants. While trying to escape the island, the pair discover that their seaplane has been destroyed and are met by an Assassin.
112	17 June 2025	After being saved by DedSec and a trio of Assassins sent by Claire Zhang, Noa and Nathan travel to the Zhawang Corporation's headquarters in Jakarta. Noa meets Claire and is able to convince the Assassins, the Corporation, and DedSec to unite against their common enemy. DedSec then reveal that Abstergo has used Sei's genetic memories to find the location of the third Piece of Eden: Saito's grave.
113	24 June 2025	With Abstergo in possession of two Pieces of Eden and on their way to find the Forgotten Temple, where the three artifacts are meant to be brought together, DedSec propose that Sei be killed before the Templars can extract more information out of her. Noa volunteers for the mission and infiltrates the Abstergo Genetic Research Lab in Osaka with DedSec and the Assassins' help, freeing Sei from the Animus. However, she has succumbed to the Bleeding Effect and mistakes Noa for Edward.
114	1 July 2025	Noa, pretending to be Edward, comforts Sei, who believes herself to be an elderly Saito, assuring her that she has lived a life that she should be proud of. After Sei loses consciousness, Noa carries her out of the Research Lab with the Assassins' and Nathan's help before using his Piece of Eden to cure her Bleeding Effect. Returning to the Zhawang Corporation's headquarters, Sei is taken to rest while Claire introduces Noa to the Corporation's own Animus model: the Brahman 3.0.
115	8 July 2025	Noa enters the Brahman 3.0 to relive the remainder of Edward's memories and locate the Forgotten Temple before Abstergo. Approaching the coast of Indochina, the Zhang Wei Union members find that the East India Company and Admiral Zheng have formed a blockade to prevent their passage. Edward rallies his allies to fight back, and they engage the Company's fleet, but a Man O' War manages to ram the Fenghuang.
116	15 July 2025	Edward boards the Man O' War and single-handedly clears its deck before steering the ship away. Meanwhile, Saito, Nagamasa, and his men deal with the Company's flagship, destroying its helm and leaving it adrift. With the Company's fleet defeated, the Zhang Wei Union members proceed towards Indochina, where only Zheng and her fleet are left standing in their path.
117	22 July 2025	Thanks to Yun's armored turtle ships, the Union members gain the upper hand and set most of Zheng's fleet alight using Greek fire. Zheng tries to ram the Fenghuang in retaliation, but Edward and Saito board her flagship and confront the admiral, who summons the Rattan Shield Company to deal with the pair.
118	29 July 2025	Edward kills the shieldmen's captain while Saito duels Zheng. After being defeated, Zheng decides to set her own ship on fire in a last-ditch effort to be rid of her enemies for good. However, her plan fails and the admiral perishes while Edward and Saito escape to safety. Afterwards, the Fenghuang sails to Indochina along the Mekong River, where Yun finishes building his latest invention: the Celestial Chariot Mk. 4, a blimp.
119	5 August 2025	After bidding farewell to Rupiya and their other allies staying with the Fenghuang, Edward, Saito, Yun, Nagamasa and a few others board the Celestial Chariots and commence their journey to Angkor. In the present, Sei awakens from her coma and is greeted by Nathan, Claire, and DedSec. Sei hands DedSec a backdoor code to access Abstergo's network, revealing that the Templars have found the Forgotten Temple.
120	12 August 2025	Sigma Team's attempts to approach the Forgotten Temple are repelled by the site's stone guardians, buying Noa more time to find a way into the temple. In the past, the Zhang Wei Union members arrive near the temple, at the same time as the East India Company and Madam Lee's forces. Xiao Han uses the crescent amulet to destroy a guardian, while Alan Jacob orders a cannon bombardment to clear the path ahead.
121	19 August 2025	John is ordered by Alan to lead a troop of grenadiers to the Forgotten Temple and witnesses the arrival of the Union's Celestial Chariots, causing him to have second thoughts about his betrayal. Meanwhile, after the temple's ballistae open fire on them, Edward orders his crew to retaliate with a cannon bombardment. However, this causes the temple to activate a security protocol and become fully operational.
122	26 August 2025	Edward and Saito leave the Celestial Chariots to commence their infiltration of the Forgotten Temple. In the present, Sigma Team attempts to use the crescent amulet to counter the temple's security measures, but this instead creates a rift in the space-time continuum, causing the operatives to be turned into 18th-century soldiers. As the past and present timelines begin to merge, putting the entire world at risk, Noa, Sei, and Nathan decide to travel to the temple to stop the anomaly.
123	2 September 2025	While the remaining Sigma Team members use the third artifact to bypass the temple's dimensional field, which transforms anyone and anything into their past counterparts, Noa, Sei, and Nathan arrive at Angkor. After being turned into their respective ancestors—Edward, Sei, and John—Nathan is overtaken by John's personality and steals the artifact from Noa. Noa and Sei chase him but are confronted by an apparition of Xiao Han.
124	9 September 2025	Noa and Sei begin to lose themselves in their ancestors' memories as Saito fights Xiao Han while Edward attempts to reason with John. Despite feeling remorseful for betraying his friend, John refuses to renounce his quest to resurrect Xialun Qing and signals the East India Company, who commence a cannon bombardment. This forces everyone to take cover and causes the temple to activate the next phase of its defense system.
125	16 September 2025	John runs into the East India Company's grenadiers while a Sigma Team member is turned into Xiao Han by the crescent amulet. Joined by Liu Qing and Xue Yan, who left Madam Lee and her forces to deal with the Company, the Chinese Assassins begin approaching the temple. Elsewhere, Edward and Saito are attacked by a giant statue en route to the temple, which they struggle against until the former finds a glowing sword.
126	23 September 2025	Edward uses the sword to defeat the statue while Saito finds a similarly enhanced bow. Sigma Team reaches the Forgotten Temple, which reacts to the third artifact's presence and summons all stone guardians to the complex. The Chinese Assassins are attacked by a Naga statue near the temple, which Xiao Han destroys with a golden halberd before instructing Liu Qing and Xue Yan to arm themselves with similar weapons.
127	30 September 2025	Madam Lee's and Alan Jacob's armies come face-to-face, and the two leaders call a truce to ensure they will both be able to reach the Forgotten Temple. Meanwhile, the Zhang Wei Union members decide to provide air support to Edward and Saito using the Celestial Chariots. To prevent the blimps from being shot down, Nagamasa sends three of his mercenaries—in actuality Noa's Assassin allies—to cover them from the ground.
128	7 October 2025	The Assassins, who are protected from the Forgotten Temple's effects by their own artifact, clear the Celestial Chariot's path, allowing Yun to cover Noa/Edward and Sei/Saito from above. They then leave to complete their own mission, after giving Noa some words of encouragement. Elsewhere, Madam Lee's forces continue their advance towards the temple, and Xiao Han finds an alternate entrance into the complex.
129	14 October 2025	The Chinese Assassins venture into the Forgotten Temple while Madam Lee's forces prepare to defend the complex from the approaching guardians. Nathan/John also reaches the temple and finds an enhanced pistol he can use thanks to his artifact. After opening a way into the complex, John betrays the Templars to pursue his own goals, and leaves his grenadier escorts to be killed by the temple's security measures.
130	21 October 2025	With the help of a device created by DedSec, Noa and Sei enter the Forgotten Temple by hacking into its internal systems. Meanwhile, Alan learns of John's betrayal and vows retribution. As the Grand Master and his men enter the temple, they fall prey to its illusions, unlike John, who is shielded by his artifact.
131	28 October 2025	The Assassins attack Abstergo's camp, killing all the operatives present, including Sigma Team's field commander. Meanwhile, Noa/Edward and Sei/Saito split up, the latter heading to the Forgotten Temple's core while the former goes to find Nathan/John. Alan and his men form a truce with John, realizing they need his artifact to survive the temple's traps, and are attacked by a giant statue just as Edward arrives.
132	4 November 2025	After working together to defeat the statue, Edward and John decide to join forces and go find one of the temple's control units, leaving Alan and his men to repel more incoming guardians. Meanwhile, Sei, guided by Claire via a drone, makes her way to the northern control unit, intending to use it to open up the pathway to the temple's central elevator.
133	11 November 2025	Sei obtains an enhanced sword from a stone guardian and activates the temple's northern control unit. Meanwhile, the Chinese Assassins, aided by a regiment of Nguyễn troops, fight through an army of guardians to reach and activate the eastern control unit. Outside the temple, the Zhang Wei Union's forces struggle to defend against a guardian onslaught until they are unexpectedly saved by Madam Lee.
134	18 November 2025	The Zhang Wei Union and Madam Lee's forces agree to a truce and work together to fend off more guardians and prevent them from reaching the Forgotten Temple. Meanwhile, Edward and John find and activate the temple's western control unit, after surviving a number of booby traps. Edward reminds John of their vow to see the end of their journey together and claims it's not too late for him to choose his own destiny.
135	25 November 2025	Sigma Team reaches the Forgotten Temple's core, but their attempt to seize control of the complex fails and results in its systems going haywire. Meanwhile, Edward, John, Saito, the Chinese Assassins, and the Templars all converge at the central elevator, which begins its descent towards the core. Saito nearly kills Alan but is stopped by John, who decides to side with the Templars for now, initiating a three-way standoff.
136	2 December 2025	Before the standoff can escalate into a fight, the Forgotten Temple transports everyone to a simulation of the Caribbean Sea based on Edward's memories. Finding himself back at the Jackdaw's helm, Edward races against a Templar vessel and the Chinese Assassins' ship until he sees the Queen Anne's Revenge under attack. Edward and Saito go to help, and the former is greeted by his old friend, Edward Thatch.
137	9 December 2025	Edward kills Thatch after realizing he is just an illusion trying to deceive him, but he and Saito are attacked by apparitions of Edward's other deceased companions. After defeating the apparitions, Bartholomew Roberts, in the form of a giant sea monster, attacks Edward and Saito's ship, forcing the pair to confront him.
138	16 December 2025	Edward and Saito struggle against Roberts until Xiao Han unexpectedly comes to their aid, distracting Roberts and allowing Edward to assassinate him. As everyone reaches the end of the simulation, the Forgotten Temple separates Noa from Edward and loads up the next trial, bringing Noa face-to-face with his high school bullies.

Development[edit | edit source]

In April 2021, the new webtoon was announced alongside eight other future Assassin's Creed projects. Game Informer reported that the comic would expand on the story of Edward Kenway following the events of Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag. It would also be part of the new Ubisoft collection of 'Chronicles', new adventures featuring familiar faces.^[2] Although originally announced as a three-season webtoon, with each season consisting of 50 episodes,^[3] this was later changed during its runtime, with season one spanning 51 episodes while the remaining episodes were released as part of season two.

On 12 April 2023, the webtoon's title was officially revealed to be Assassin's Creed: Forgotten Temple, and the first 6 episodes out of 150 were announced to release on 24 April.^[5] While users could gain early access to read episodes 2–6 by paying a 50¢ fee for each installment, the issues would also release for free to the public every Tuesday.
