Biography[edit | edit source]

By 1585, Fukushima Mosaku was a cruel and violent warrior who specialized in committing acts of brutality with his teppō, yet paradoxically was very devoted to his wife and three children. Alongside his fellow captains, he patrolled the island and harassed the locals into submission.[1]

After the Master Assassin Fujibayashi Tsuyu informed her daughter Naoe and Yasuke of Mosaku's location, the two Kakushiba ikki members found him during a patrol, killed him, and acquired the teppō The Legislator from his personal effects.[1]
