Daikichiji Temple

Daikichiji Temple was an abandoned temple in northeastern Ōmi.

History

In 1582, travelers began to go missing or killed by a kunoichi, who was actually Rokkaku Yoshimitsu, the de facto leader of the Godai Shinobi. The Kakushiba ikki members inspected the temple grounds after accepting a task from former Koga's daimyō Shōtei to find and stop his former students. Inspecting a cave, they found Yoshimitsu, Shōtei's stepson, who tried to ambush them. However, Naoe and Yasuke managed to best and kill him and then retrieved the tantō Call of the Void from his personal effects.[1]

While there, Naoe and Yasuke also discovered and found two lost pages that belonged to the temple.[2]
