Big Sueki (巨漢の末木; died 1582) was a Japanese rōnin and participant in kabukimono culture located in Katano.
Biography[edit | edit source]
As a kabukimono, Big Sueki was one of the many rōnin who attacked the communities across the provinces of Izumi Settsu and Harima. However, the priest Shin'nyo of the Nishinomiya Shrine met with and sought the help of the Kakushiba ikki member Fujibayashi Naoe to assassinate eight of their leaders.[1]
By 1582, Big Sueki and his group of rōnin were known to have their fill on their own terms, regardless of the well-beings of their fellow countrymen. At an inn in Muko Post Town, Amagasaki, they all passed the time drinking after killing nearly all of the inn's members, except for a musician. However, Big Sueki was soon found and assassinated by Naoe, who claimed a katana Tactless Parley from his personal effects.[1]
Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]
