Ogasawara Masakichi (died 1585) was a Japanese samurai who served as a captain under Imagawa Tomeji, the enforcer of the Japanese Templar Kimura Yukari, in Awaji during the late Sengoku period.
Biography[edit | edit source]
In 1585, Ogasawara Masakichi was seen as a master of manipulation but his relationship with his family and loved ones was estranged. Along with his fellow captains, he patrolled the island and brutally kept the locals in line.[1]
When the Master Assassin Fujibayashi Tsuyu informed her daughter Naoe and Yasuke about Masakichi, the two Kakushiba ikki members found him patrolling, assassinated him, and acquired the spare naginata The Relentless from his personal effects.[1]
