Ogasawara Masakichi (died 1585) was a Japanese samurai and a captain who served under the Japanese Templar Kimura Yukari's enforcer Imagawa Tomeji in Awaji during the late Sengoku period.

Biography

In 1585, Ogasawara Masakichi was seen as a master of manipulation but his relationship with his family and loved ones was estranged. Along with his fellow captains, he patrolled across the island and brutally the locals in line. When the Master Assassin Fujibayashi Tsuyu informed her daughter Naoe and Yasuke about Masakichi, the two Kakushiba ikki members found him patrolling, assassinated him, and acquired the spare naginata The Relentless from his personal effects.[1]
