Kagae Koheiji (died 1585) was a Japanese samurai and a captain who served under the Japanese Templar Kimura Yukari's enforcer Imagawa Tomeji in Awaji during the late Sengoku period.

Biography

In 1585, Kagae Koheiji was an experienced warrior with his katana after years of training. However, he was reluctant to work as a captain under Imagawa Tomeji but put aside his moral opposition to support his elderly father. Along with his fellow captain, he patrolled Awaji and violently policed the people. When the Master Assassin Fujibayashi Tsuyu spoke with her daughter Naoe and Yasuke about Koheiji, the two Kakushiba ikki members discovered him on one of his patrols, eliminated him, and recovered the spare bow Heartstopper from his personal effects.[1]
