Yoshisada (died 1582) was a Japanese samurai under Hosokawa Fujitaka and the main conspirator of a Tamba silver-smuggling ring during the 16th century.

By 1582, Yoshisada was a samurai and second-in-command under Hosokawa Fujitaka, who put him in charge of his finances. However, noticing how easily unprotected Fujitaka's silver accounts were, he started a smuggling operation and betrayed his lord's trust. Composed of both Portuguese traders and Akechi clan members, he placed the leader Mai as the head of the operation, which used the stolen silver to buy teppō. The guns were then sold to bandits at a higher cost.[1]
However, when Fujitaka discovered the smuggling operation, Yoshisada aided his lord's efforts and thus framed Mai and her fellow cohorts as the only perpetrators.
