History

In 1582, the Kakushiba ikki member Fujibayashi Naoe traveled to the Three-Trunked Tree where she found herself a place to practice her kuji-kiri. However, she was interrupted when a yamabushi imposter tried to kill her. Realizing him to be one of the fraudulent monks that Genpaku informed her about, she managed to best and kill him in combat. After retrieving the ōdachi The Monk's Amendment from the imposter's personal effects,[1] Naoe finished her kuji-kiri without any more interruptions.[2]
