Kishi was a Japanese Assassin and a member of the Kakushiba ikki during the mid 16th century.
Biography
Kishi was based at the outpost in Kii Province, where he was placed in charge of the recruiting effort to expand their league. During one of his recruiting missions, he scouted two individuals, Yataro and Sada, who proved themselves worthy and as potential members. Kishi then wrote a letter to both of them, informing that they would be travelling to Iga, where the league's leaders will determine whether they would officially join the league. In the letter, Kishi informed the two recruits that while they might be able to convince Master Momochi Sandayu, they have to work harder to convince and impress the league's leader, Master Tsuyu.[1]
