Suganuma Heihachi (died 1585) was a Japanese samurai and a captain who served under Imagawa Tomeji, the enforcer of the Japanese Templar Kimura Yukari, in Awaji during the late Sengoku period.
Biography
By 1585, Suganuma Heihachi was known as an expert marksman but grew to despise his role as a captain under Tomeji and wanted to leave in Awaji. He also began to detest the constant puppet shows. Like his fellow captains, he patrolled and enforced Yukari's control over the people to ensure their compliance.[1]
When the Master Assassin Fujibayashi Tsuyu spoke with her daughter Naoe and Yasuke about Heihachi, the two Kakushiba ikki members subsequently discovered him on his patrol, assassinated him, and retrieved the Weathered Wildman Outfit from his personal effects.[1]
