Mii-dera

Mii-dera is a Buddhist temple located in Ōtsu in Ōmi, Japan.

History

In 1582, the Kakushiba ikki member and samurai Yasuke met with former Oda Nobunaga retainer Hori Hidemasa and discussed their lord's demise. Within their discussion, Hidemasa tasked Yasuke and his fellow ally Fujibayashi Naoe to find the traitors that aided in the attack on Nobunaga. After Naoe and Yasuke tracked down and dealt with the traitors, Yasuke spoke with Hidemasa at the temple about their mission being fulfilled, which led Hidemasa giving his helmet as a reward.[1]

While at the temple, Naoe and Yasuke uncovered and collected three lost pages from the temple's grounds.[2]
