Ise Sadaoki (伊勢 貞興; 1559 – 1582), also known as The Fool, was a samurai and a retainer of the Akechi clan during the Sengoku period. The younger brother of Ise Sadatame, he served under Akechi Mitsuhide and married his daughter, making him the general's son-in-law. Through Mitsuhide, Sadaoki served under Oda Nobunaga until betraying him during the Honnō-ji incident as a member of the Shinbafuku.[1]
