Biography
Kishi was based at the Assassin outpost in Kii, Japan, where he was placed in charge of the recruiting effort to expand their league. During one of his recruiting missions, he scouted two individuals, Yataro and Sada, who proved themselves worthy as potential members.[1]
Kishi subsequently wrote a letter to both of them, informing them that they would be travelling to Iga, where the league's leadership would determine whether they would officially join the group. In the letter, Kishi informed the two recruits that while they might be able to convince Master Momochi Sandayu, they had to work harder to impress the league's leader, Fujibayashi Tsuyu.[1]
