Assassin's Creed: Forgotten Temple Episode 75
Assassin's Creed: Forgotten Temple Episode 75 is the seventy-fifth episode of Redice Studio's webtoon Assassin's Creed: Forgotten Temple, a sequel to Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag. The webtoon, written by ARC and NOHT and with art by Tabii, was released on 24 September 2024.
Plot synopsis[edit | edit source]
Nathan Zhang is relaxing on a yacht and talking on the phone with Claire, who reprimands him for his failed attempt to retrieve Noa Kim in Cebu. Nathan assures her that everything is going according to plan, revealing that he has prepared to ambush Abstergo Industries when they will inevitably attempt to recover the crescent amulet from the Strait of Malacca. He also claims that he enlisted the aid of some "old friends" who are currently working on a line of contact with Shimazu Sei.
Aboard the Exitus, the hackers warn Sei not to try anything reckless as they have the entire ship under control. When the doctor asks what they want from her, the hackers reply that they are simply delivering a message and proceed to put Sei into contact with Nathan. The Assassin reveals his knowledge of Noa's current predicament and the fact that Sei wants to save him from meeting the other Animus test subjects' fate, so he proposes a mutually beneficial deal. Sei reluctantly accepts and Nathan ends the call, restoring the Exitus' control back to Abstergo.
Meanwhile, Noa continues his rampage aboard the ship, easily dispatching a number of Abstergo guards. After noticing a fire axe, Noa grabs it and wields it like a tomahawk, eliminating more guards who try in vain to stop him. Yuki informs Sei of Noa's rampage and the doctor immediately goes to confront the test subject, despite Yuki's warnings that it is too dangerous and that even Sigma Team has been unable to restrain Noa.
After ordering all units to stand down, Sei approaches Noa alone, but he quickly pins her to the ground. Undeterred, Sei slaps Noa while yelling at him to snap out of it so that they can finish what they started together. Struggling with both the Bleeding Effect and the crescent amulet's influence, Noa swings down the axe, narrowly missing Sei's head. He then finally returns to his senses and makes a joke about Sei's slap hurting while everyone around him remains speechless.
