Assassin's Creed: Forgotten Temple Episode 6

Assassin's Creed: Forgotten Temple Episode 6 is the sixth episode of Redice Studio's webtoon Assassin's Creed: Forgotten Temple, a sequel to Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag. The webtoon, written by ARC and SHYATAN and with art by Tabii, was released on 30 May 2023.

Plot summary

Doctor Shimazu Sei and her team are analyzing the latest Animus error, which came about due to Noa Kim desynchronizing by trying to make Edward Kenway inform the villagers he was hiding with about cholera, which he did not historically do. The errors compound and a warning about Noa suffering from the Bleeding Effect pops up. Sei attempts to warn Noa, but his stubbornness causes further desynchronization and the program terminates due to the security protocol. Noa's heart rate and adrenaline levels spike as Sei shouts to her co-workers to extract him from the Animus.

Sometime later, Noa wakes up on what seems like a hospital bed. He tries to get up, but is still too weak and falls on the floor as the memories he relived flash through his head. Sei enters the room and explains what the Animus does, who Edward was, and what she is after: information on a Piece of Eden found by Edward in Southeast Asia. As a group of Abstergo guards arrive, Sei threatens Noa into staying quiet in his bed and requests that he stop resisting what truly happened in the past.

As this occurs, Noa recalls the night his father abandoned him and his mother during his youth, and the bullying he endured at school due to his mixed race. Enraged, he threatens Sei by pulling her by her labcoat collar and demands that she stop telling him what to do. As the guards restrain him, Noa calms down and decides to offer Sei a deal.
