Assassin's Creed: Forgotten Temple Episode 33 is the thirty-third episode of Redice Studio's webtoon Assassin's Creed: Forgotten Temple, a sequel to Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag. The webtoon, written by ARC and SHYATAN and with art by Tabii, was released on 5 December 2023.
Plot synopsis[edit | edit source]
Sun's guests arrive on his floating gambling hall and are led to Sun by one of Shimazu Saito's ninja. One of them comments that it will be difficult to escape if they are ambushed, prompting another to jokingly tell him he was never much of a swimmer. Their leader tells them that they are not there to amuse themselves and reminds them of their mission: to liberate themselves from the oppression of foreign powers and bring order to the world under divine providence.
Meanwhile, Edward Kenway fights Saito and her ninja atop a spar high up a ship mast, where he manages to throw several ninja to their deaths. Left alone with Saito, Edward is cornered by the Templar, who offers to spare him if he hands over the cipher to Hendrik's sea log. Knowing this to be a lie, Edward jumps from the mast, but grabs a rope and launches himself back to tackle Saito from behind.
