Assassin's Creed: Forgotten Temple Episode 23 is the twenty-second episode of Redice Studio's webtoon Assassin's Creed: Forgotten Temple, a sequel to Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag. The webtoon, written by ARC and SHYATAN and with art by Tabii, was released on 26 September 2023.
Plot synopsis
After retrieving the book, Noa Kim hears gunshots outside and goes to investigate. He sees Dr. Shimazu Sei and her men surrounded by armed thugs. Wanting to help, Noa notices a man approaching him and attacks, only to stop when the man tells him that they are there to rescue him. Realizing that he may be part of the Assassins, Noa rejects his offer and tells him that he has unfinished business. The man shoots Noa with a tranquilzer but Noa is unaffected and attacks the man. Restating his purpose, Noa convinces the man to leave him for now but not before the man states that they do not abandon their family.
