Yule Brawl was a virtual representation of one of Eivor Varinsdottir's genetic memories, relived by Layla Hassan through the Portable Animus HR-8.5.

Eivor took part in the fighting challenge.
Dialogue[edit | edit source]
Eivor approached Sunniva.
- Sunniva: Eivor! I have just the thing for you.
- Eivor: Sunniva. Norvid told me you had set something up. A fighting competition?
- Sunniva: The greatest fighting competition this land has ever seen.
- Eivor: Any rules?
- Sunniva: Yes! The rules are simple. Fight, drink, fight! And remember, Eivor, the more participants, the bigger the pot. If you ever any willing fighters, bring them to join in! Now! Are you ready to begin, my powerful friend?
(Accept – Yes, I would like to fight.)
- Eivor: You know I'm ready.
Eivor and her opponent entered the ring, with Sunniva acting as the ringleader.
Eivor then won the round, paused for drinking and returned to the ring.
- Sunniva: Let us celebrate ... with fists!
Eivor won the round, paused for drinking and returned to the ring for another eight times, getting progressively drunker throughout.
- Sunniva: Bring the kids! The fight is about to begin!
A battle to rock Asgard itself!
Who here wants to see blood sport?
Two Norsemen enter, only one leaves!
'It's not midwinter without a good fight!
It's a Yuletide brawl!
Eivor was declared the winner to the crowd.
- Sunniva: She bested every fighter in the ring and drank enough to kill a mid-sized ox. Eivor! Champion of the Yule Brawl!
Sunniva then turned to Eivor, voice lowered.
- Sunniva: Well fought, Eivor. Let us do this again next year.

Eivor won the fighting challenge and some Yule Tokens for her trouble.
