Trade: Sweetening the Pot was a virtual representation of one of Eivor Varinsdottir's genetic memories, relived by Layla Hassan through the Portable Animus HR-8.5.
Description[edit | edit source]
Eivor encountered a trading post occupied by bandits in northeastern Ulster.
Dialogue[edit | edit source]
Eivor traveled to Ardmel, which was controlled by bandits. Eivor eliminated the bandits' presence and found a note outside the walls of the trading post, near a tent.
Roughly Written Note
After reading the note, Eivor traveled to the beach of Gobbins and saw the deed on a skeleton, behind a locked caged door in the water. During her search, Eivor looked for the key, went underwater, and found it. With the key, Eivor opened the door and took the deed from the remains. With the deed, Eivor traveled back to Ardmel and restored the trading post.
In time, Eivor returned to Azar in Dublin, who updated her on the development of the trading post in the course of their discussions on the reach of Dublin's trading power.
- Azar: Thanks to you, Ardmel joined our trade. Their sweet honey will lure our most demanding merchants.
- Eivor: Is honey so valuable?
- Azar: It is liquid gold! But luscious and sticky.
Outcome[edit | edit source]
Eivor cleared the trading post of bandits and found the deed on the shores of Gobbins. Thus, Eivor restored the trading post.
