A Fated Encounter was a virtual representation of one of Eivor Varinsdottir's genetic memories, relived by Layla Hassan in 2020 through the Portable Animus HR-8.5.

Behind the scenes

This memory does not have any content, other than its description. It is marked as completed as soon as the person who has fulfilled the arc requirements (have both completed the quest "A Wise Friend" and reached Settlement Level 4) arrives at Ravensthorpe, though the notification of its completion does not appear, only a notification indicating that A Distorted Dream was started.
