Brewing Rebellion was a virtual representation of one of Eivor Varinsdottir's genetic memories, relived by Layla Hassan through the Portable Animus HR-8.5.
Description
Eivor travelled to Buckingham in Oxenefordscire to meet her brother Sigurd and Basim.
Dialogue

Eivor entered the fish hut. Suddenly, a knife was held to her throat as Basim came from behind and restrained her. Sigurd emerged from where he was crouched beside a table covered with bread and cheese.
- Sigurd: Wait! Stop!
- Basim: Ahlan aw sahlan, (Hello) Eivor.
Eivor glowered at him.
Outcome
Eivor rescued Geadric and the thanes.
Behind the scenes
Although Eivor opens the door to the hut and sees Basim and Sigurd in plain view planning around the table directly across from the door. However, the cutscene on immediately entering the building has Basim surprise her from behind, while Sigurd rises from where he was hidden beside the table on the right side of the room, despite the fact that neither would have had time to quietly and unobtrusively move to their hiding spots in the time between Eivor opening the door and walking to the mission marker.
