Last Goodbyes was a virtual representation of one of Eivor Varinsdottir's genetic memories, relived by Basim Ibn Ishaq in 2020 through the Portable Animus HR-8.5.

Eivor pondered on what she must do next in her life.

Eivor sat down on a log across Ravensthorpe and took a big breath.
- Eivor: Odin...I feel you close...an uproar of memories, stretching far into the past. I have silenced you and your influence. But I know you have so much to say.
Eivor saw a male version of herself as Odin. Eivor stood up and walked towards facing her settlement while her other self followed.
- Eivor: You are with me always. Deep within my hugr. I could trap you in this darkness until my end, resisting forever this second side of myself. Or I could learn from you. To better understand the world that once was. Long, long ago. But not here. Not in sight of those who would not understand what I am. Who we are. I have done all I can for my people.
