Children of Danu was a virtual representation of one of Eivor Varinsdottir's genetic memories, relived by Layla Hassan through the Portable Animus HR-8.5.
Description
Eivor agreed to help Deirdre Na Linni track down the Children of Danu and collect their amber shards.
Dialogue
After killing the The Wren, Eivor accepted Deirdre's offer to exterminate the rest of the Children of Danu and retrieve every one of the amber shards. Through her search, Eivor followed any clues she found of any Child of Danu. During her hunt for the cultists, Eivor killed The Ash within the mines of Kesh Corann and found his recipe for his "mist of madness."

White-edged mushrooms and hazel bark and shavings of the sacred amber.

Burn to a glowing and the heavy smoke will fill the valley.
One by one, every other Child of Danu, especially the Ollamh Druid, The Oak, was brought down permanently by Eivor's blade. After killing the last Child of Danu, Eivor finally obtained all ten amber shards. Thus, Eivor started to travel back to Deirdre.
Outcome
Eivor eliminated all Children of Danu members in Ireland, collecting their amber shards in the process.
