Ostara Festival was a virtual representation of one of Eivor Varinsdottir's genetic memories, relived by Layla Hassan through the Portable Animus HR-8.5.
Description[edit | edit source]
Eivor met with Alvis and Alwin to learn about Ostara.
Dialogue[edit | edit source]
Eivor arrived at a decorated Ravensthorpe.
- Alvis: Ah, good. Eivor's here. Now we can settle this.
- Eivor: What seems to be troubling you?
- Alwin: This stick-in-the-mud doesn't want to celebrate Ostara!
- Alvis: It's the equinox! The veil between our worlds will be dangerously thin. We need to prepare!
- Eivor: Why not both? Prepare for the equinox and celebrate Ostara. I see you've already started on the decorations.
- Alwin: Of course we have! It's what we do! We've also organized some new events and brought back some favorites from Yule.
- Alvis: All this noise and merriment will attract the spirits!
- Eivor: I will aid you in protecting the settlement, Alvis.
- Alvis: Good. Find me after dark. And before he explains the egg hunt to you, just know that I was coerced.
Alvis left.
- Alwin: Now then, there is much to do. Norvid will need your help decorating and Mayda might need some words of encouragement. She didn't take being crowned the May Queen very well.
- Eivor: That is a lot. And this egg hunt?
- Alwin: O, it's already started! Speak with me when you are ready to start the hunt!
