Teleportation

The act of Teleportation is to transfer the matter or energy of an object or creature from one point to another without traversing the physical space between them. During the Isu Era teleportation devices were made to ease the movement of their users, helping them travel short or long trips within the matter of seconds. Some Pieces of Eden also had limited teleportation capabilities
In later ages after the Great Catastrophe teleportation was remembered within different mythologies and religions as acts of higher power, reserved only to gods or higher beings such as Buddha, Thor or zeus.
History
Isu Era

Teleportation was a tool used by the Isu all over the world. Within Aletheia's Simulations depicted as being created by the Scientist Hermes Trismegistus, with the help of aita they tested and perfected a safe way to teleport through different linked panels which they named the Wings of Hermes. Such devices were integrated in many places such as the sister realms of Elysium, Underworld and Atlantis. Isu temples located in areas of modern day egypt and england used teleporters as exits. A special case was Heimdall's Tower, a nexus site connecting several realms through teleporters to the city of Asgard.
The Isu made use of teleportation outside of the wings too, certain Pieces of Eden granted its user the ability or gave the illusion to others of the user teleporting. Such as the Staff of Hermes Trismegistus, which was owned by The wings supposed creator.
Ancient Greece

During Kassandra's adventures throughout greece she encountered many different kinds of teleportation. When facing off against the Olympos Project creature, the Writhing Dread, it had the ability to teleport short distances to evade kassandras attacks. It was the only one of the Olympos projects that she encountered which seemed to be able to teleport.

Later on during her trials to become the Keeper of the staff she entered a simulation created by Aletheia, during these trials she encountered and used The wings of hermes several times, noting how fast they were. She also fought off against different ancient heroes such as Perseus and Isu like Hades who also had a similair power to the gorgon. If this was an ability these people had during their lifetime or just an addition by aletheia is unknown.
Ptolemaic Egypt

Between 48 and 44 bce, the Hidden Ones founder Bayek of Siwa encountered several isu temples. Within these temples there were teleporters which the medjiay used to transfer himself back to the surface.
When facing off against Flavius Metellus in 44 bce, due to the mental influence of the Apple of Eden it appeared to Bayek that the Order of the Ancients member had gained the ability of instant teleportation. Using the ability to evade bayeks attacks, but when Flavius was defeated the illusion disappeared.
The Viking age
At the time of the Viking expansion, c 870s. The Shieldmaiden Eivor Varinsdottir encountered many foes that used hallucinogenic drugs to cause their opponent to see fantastical acts. Such as in her fights with the Daughters of Lerion, in 881 with the Children of Danu. She encountered similair foes when reliving her memories of her past life as the Isu Odin, though clouded through her beliefs. Jötnar soliders, Cultists following the great dragon Níðhǫggr and draugr within Hel's Castle all had some kind of teleportation power.
Outside of her drugtrips and Hallucinations she did encounter real teleportation. In 878 after having eliminated the Order of the Ancients from England, the now Jarlskona delved into the Isu Barracks deep under Stonehenge. To exit the vault she used a teleportation pad that brought her back outside of the vault.
The Third Crusade

In September of 1191, the mentor of the Levantine Brotherhood of Assassins Al Mualim betrayed Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad. Using the same powers of the apple Flavius had used hundreds of years before he taunted Altair, appearing to translocate to another place once Altair found and attacked him.
The American Revolution
Sometime after the American Revolutionary War. The Assassin Ratonhnhaké:ton was camping out in the Frontier, when George Washington sought him out for help. The commander explained he was plagued by horrific nightmares, which he revealed were caused by an Apple of Eden. When handing the apple to him the pair found themselves in an illusionary timeline brought on by the Apple.

Within this alternate timeline Ratonhnhaké:ton went on spirit journeys to gain new abilities, while none of the abilities were teleportation the first two he gained were similair to it. The wolf power gave him the ability to traverse short distances invisibly and instantly while the eagle power gave him the ability to fly short distances within a second.
Revolutionary France

In 1794, during the French Revolution the Templar Grand Master, François-Thomas Germain owned a Sword of Eden which gave him the ability to instantly transport himself with a thunderous flash. He used this power against the Assassin Arno Dorian to evade his own assassination within a high tower of the temple. After his eventual defeat at the hands of Arno the sword had lost all its power, including its thunderous instant transportation.
