The Seth-Anat stone was an Isu artifact housed within the Seth-Anat Tomb, deep in the Egyptian Desheret Desert. The true functions of the artifact are unknown, but it appeared to hold the power to conjure illusions.

The artifact found within the Seth-Anat Tomb was shown to have the power to conjure illusions, similarly to other Pieces of Eden like the Apples. It also appeared to control Qeneb.too Kah'Aiye, an Isu vault connected to the tomb, which activated a security protocol once the artifact was removed, projecting apparitions of undead soldiers that attacked anyone within the vicinity. The illusions vanished once the stone was returned to its proper place.[2]

Around 34 BCE, rumours started to spread from Thebes that the dead had risen. Deciding to investigate, the Egyptian Hidden One Bayek of Siwa travelled deep into the Desheret Desert but did not encounter any leads. Returning to the Seth-Anat Tomb, Bayek was set upon by a number of undead soldiers as he made his way into the tomb.[2]
Once inside, Bayek found the injured tomb robber Parh, who informed the Hidden One that he had removed an artifact from the tomb and saddled it on his camel before being set upon by the undead. The camel had run, taking the artifact with it. Bayek eventually located and retrieved the artifact, all the while combating the undead soldiers who had arisen, and returned it to its rightful place in the tomb, ending the "curse".[2]
