Jeremiah Davies
Jeremiah Davies was a spy for the British Army[1] and a Templar who came into contact with the Isu Juno in Egypt during World War I. He was the ancestor of the theater actress Regina Davies.[2]
Biography[edit | edit source]
In 1917, Jeremiah ventured into the Siwa Oasis to infiltrate an enemy encampment with a group of both Templars and Assassins, having united against a faction that sought to restore the long-lost Isu hierarchy by conjuring the Isu Juno in a secret vault buried under the oasis where she was believed to be resting. The Instruments of the First Will's encampment at Siwa was sizeable, with at least five cave entrances, and was patrolled by hired Senussi mercenaries. Without the time for trial and error, the group decided to infiltrate the Ottoman Army Captain and Instrument leader Mehmed Demir's tent in order to find information on the correct route to the vault. With the route in hand, the group made their way to the temple, where a hologram of Juno appeared, drawing their attention and allowing Demir's soldiers to ambush them.[1] The group managed to hold their attackers back long enough for Jeremiah to prepare explosive charges and collapse the cavern with the blast.[3]
Legacy[edit | edit source]
In 2016, the Instruments kidnapped his descendant Regina and forced her to relive Jeremiah's genetic memories of his time in Egypt.[2]
