The Vulture

The Vulture was a Greek hunter, merchant, and wilderness guide active during the Peloponnesian War.[1]

Behind the scenes

The character's quote comes from an unidentified work by the Greek philosopher Heraclitus, who has been quoted in Plutarch's book On the E at Delphi, among other places.[2]
