The Staff of Eden is an piece of left over Precursor technology, which has been the embodiment of sovereignty and dominion.

History

Ancient Times

The Staff was wielded by Alexander the Great was a Piece of Eden that was given to him by the Order of the Ancients (the precursors of the Knights Templar) and helped him in his conquests. The Assassin (then called the Hidden Ones) Iltani infiltrated the palace of Nebuchadnezzar II, where she poisoned Alexander. On 13 June, he died of the poisoning, and his empire soon began to crumble. His body was interred alongside his Staff of Eden in a tomb in Alexandria, the city in Egypt that he founded.[1] The three prongs of his Trident of Eden were split after his death amongst his generals, including Seleucus and Ptolemy.

Capabilities

The Staff, when working in conjunction with an Apple of Eden can open the doors of Precursor Vaults.[1] It can also command the heart and minds of human beings as well as cast realistic illusions.
