Aletheia was an Isu. During the Human-Isu War she supported the Humans.

In 431 BCE when Kassandra visited the Forge of Hephaistos on the island of Andros, Aletheia spoke to her.

In 2018 Layla Hassan keeps a record of her findings in the Animus about Aletheia.

Aletheia, αληθεια, is Greek for 'truth'.
