Ezio, my friend! How may I be of service? This article has a lot of room for expansion. Please improve it with additional information in accordance with the Manual of Style |

Elysium, or the Fields of Elysium or Elysian Fields, was an Isu realm which was later depicted by ancient Greeks as an aspect of the afterlife, said to be reserved for individuals who were judged to deserve a paradise life or with the greatest honor.
Given to Persephone by her husband, Hades, she was free to shape it to her liking but it functioned as her prison after she was abducted by him.[1]
History
During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra visited a simulation of Elysium created by Aletheia in order to allow Kassandra, as the Keeper, to strengthen herself and master the Staff of Hermes Trismegistus, in preparation for it eventually being handed over to Layla Hassan, the Heir of Memories.[2]
Trivia
- The banner of Elysium features an image of a cornucopia, also called the horn of plenty, which was associated with numerous Greek deities.
