This individual, whose name is unknown, was an Isu who lived in Eden and was in charge of the whole Isu city.

Biography

Eden was the place where the first human beings were created, although the results weren't totally accomplished. Three things were needed in order for the project to be a success: Humans should be resilient, self-aware and most importantly, subservient. But this resulted in a failure due to their constant disobedience to their Isu masters.[1]

Phanes, an Isu scientist and the one responsible for their creation, was tasked by the "Isu authority in Eden" to find some alternatives to maintain control over them fast, or the project would be canceled and every single human being created would be destroyed.[1]

Phanes found a way to control them, by inserting some kind of neural control in the humans' brains allowing them to be manipulated through the use of new adamant-powered devices.[1]
