The Yokai was a virtual representation of one of Fujibayashi Naoe and Yasuke's genetic memories, relived through the Animus EGO.[1]

Naoe and Yasuke meets a former monk-turned hunter hired to investigate the yokai.

Outcome[edit | edit source]

Naoe and Yasuke assisted Mamushi in solving the mysteries behind the yokai, only to learn that it may be more real than they realised.
