Drive the Point Home was a virtual representation of one of Fujibayashi Naoe's genetic memories, relived through the Animus EGO.

Description

Naoe accepted Wakasa's invitation to her house following Imai Sōkyū's tea ceremony.

Dialogue

Naoe arrived at the Wakasa's house and was invited in.

• Wakasa: Come in, I can't match Master Sokyu's wealth, but I hope you'll feel more at east here.
• Naoe: You have a beautiful home.
• Wakasa: Would you believe this is the first place I truly dropped anchor? Before this, I was always on the move.
• Naoe: Why did you choose Sakai? Were you looking for something?
• Wakasa: I will explain myself, but do feel free to look around.

Naoe looked around the house while Wakasa began monologuing.

• Wakasa: Nothing comes in or out of Sakai without Sokyu taking his share. That is why I was at his ceremony tonight, not out of any great love of tea. I prefer sake, or Portuguese wine. Men like Sokun and Sokyu have the same fears and appetites as other men, susceptible to flattery and seduction. Those who aren't, those who stand in my way, they can feed the worms. Once I control the teppo trade in Sakai, I will begin to assemble my fleet. Traders, smugglers, even pirates will answer my call. We'll form the greatest trading fleet to ever set sail and rule the markets. By trade or by blade. The future is trade, and Sakai is the center of trade. Lord Nobunaga is not the first daimyō to desire this city. Sokyu is his man now, but there will be other warlords after him, and other tea masters. And Sakai will remain Sakai. Just then, Naoe looked at the golden-clad teppo displayed on one of the walls.

• Wakasa: That's not a toy.

Naoe picked it up.

• Naoe: I know. It's a coward's weapon.

Wakasa then realized Naoe's identity.

• Wakasa: Ah... (laughs) That was the feeling I couldn't place. It's you, from that night. So will you gun me down? Like a coward?

Naoe pondered over her next action.

• Wakasa: I have a better idea. Why don't you tell me what will make this right between us, and I'll get it for you.
• Naoe: You think I will bargain with my father's murdered?

Naoe pointed the teppo at Wakasa.

• Wakasa: You are in the strongest position. You offer life. I will trade anything for that.
• Naoe: I want the box you took from me that night.
• Wakasa: Ah, the box. Well, it isn't here, but I can take you to it.

Naoe continued pointing the teppo at Wakasa and got closer.

• Naoe: No, you'll tell me where it is.
• Wakasa: I do that, you'll have no reason to let me live.
• Naoe: So, you won't tell me where it is?
• Wakasa: No.
• Naoe: Then you're no use to me at all.

Naoe pulled the trigger, shooting the shocked Wakasa in the face.

• Wakasa: (grunts)

After killing Wakasa, Naoe changed back into her own outfit and left the house.

• Naoe: I did it. Wakasa is dead. And I am one step closer to avenging my father. I should go back to the Hideout and tell Tomiko The Onryo are dead.

Outcome

Naoe revealed her identity to Wakasa and interrogated her about the box's whereabouts. When Wakasa refused to say a word, Naoe executed her with Wakasa's own teppo.
