The Philadelphia Project, also known as the Philadelphia Experiment[1] or Project Rainbow, was an experiment that took place on the USS Eldridge in Philadelphia, United States, on 28 October 1943. It was conducted by members of the American Brotherhood of Assassins and the American Rite of the Templar Order in an attempt to change the past and alter the present by preventing World War II.[2]

Roosevelt, Joseph Stalin, and Adolf Hitler to instigate World War II, it eventually became too difficult for the Templars to steer them toward the Order's interests.
