Enough is Enough was a virtual representation of one of Kassandra's genetic memories, relived by Layla Hassan through the Portable Animus HR-8.5.
Description
Pylenor the Priest offered Kassandra information about her mother in exchange for a favor. It turned out it was extremely difficult to purify the sick when the bathhouse was riddled with snakes.
Dialogue
Kassandra offered to assist the priest at the Sanctuary of Asklepios with his snake problem. She needed to find the underground pipe if she wanted to complete her task without killing them.
- Kassandra: OK, I can either kill them one by one or flood them with cold water.
Once she had dealt with the snakes, Kassandra return to Pylenor.
- Priest: And? Is the bathhouse free of snakes?
(If the player chose to kill the snakes.)
- Kassandra: I carved up every single one of those slimy malakes.
Doreios approached.
- Priest (Doreios): My babies! What have you done to my babies?
- Priest (Pylenor): Your snakes infested my bathhouse! A sick man is dead because of them.
- Priest (Doreios): You! You did this!
(If players choose "I did what he told me to.")
- Kassandra: I only did what Pylenor told me to do.
- Priest (Pylenor): What? How dare you? I never said kill them!
- Priest (Doreios): How could you, Pylenor? You'll pay for this. I curse you both to Hades!
Doreios shuffled away.
- Kassandra: Well?
- Priest: Well what?
- Kassandra: I took care of your snakes. Now you're going to tell me about the Spartan woman and the baby.
- Priest: I actually don't know anything. Was before my time. The man who does know is Mydon, but he won't tell you. He won't tell anyone anything!
- Kassandra: Malakes snakes. At least I got a name. Mydon.
Outcome
Kassandra dealt with the snakes in the bathhouse and got a clue in the form of a name: Mydon.
Trivia
- The mission title is a reference to Samuel L. Jackson’s famous line from the film Snakes on a Plane; “Enough is enough! I have had it with these motherfucking snakes on this motherfucking plane!”
