Depleting Forces was a virtual representation of one of Kassandra's genetic memories, relived by Layla Hassan through the Portable Animus HR-8.5.

On a message board, Kassandra found a note about a contract: "An enemy state must be weakened if ground is to be gained." – Leader of (region)

Outcome[edit | edit source]

Kassandra brought the Nation Power down in the region, gaining rewards for doing this.

This very same contract appears also under the names Hitting the Weak, Weakening the Enemy, and When the Weak Fall.
