The Spartan Dog was a virtual representation of one of Kassandra's genetic memories, relived by Layla Hassan through the Portable Animus HR-8.5.
Kassandra rescued and met with the Athenian general whose support she and Darius required for their campaign against Amorges and the Order of Dominion.
Kassandra approached the beach where the Athenian general and his men were held captive by Spartan forces.
Kassandra defeated the Spartans guarding the prisoners.
She released the general and the rest of his men. The general led them away from the beach.
They fled into the safety of the hills to the east.
The general nodded.
She handed him the letter from Darius. He read it.
The general turned to point out the Spartan fleet off the western shore.
Kassandra sailed the Adrestia out to engage the Spartan commander's fleet.
Kassandra sank all of the ships.
She sailed back to the Athenian general to report her success.
Kassandra rescued the general and two Athenian soldiers from their Spartan captors and escorted them to safety. Kassandra then went ahead and destroyed the fleet of the Spartan commander.
