Pan's Flute was a virtual representation of one of Kassandra's genetic memories, relived by Layla Hassan through the Portable Animus HR-8.5.
Description
Kassandra followed one of Anaximander's maps to the location of a flute which allegedly belonged to the god Pan.
Dialogue
Kassandra arrived at a cave in the mountains near Marathon Beach, the entrance of which was surrounded by boulders that resembled goats.
- Kassandra: This must be the place.
Inside, she discovered it to be occupied by the Followers of Ares. As she navigated the cave, she also found Spartan prisoners and freed them. Going further inside, she killed the leader guarding piles of treasures. On top of one sat the flute.
- Kassandra: I see it.
Kassandra took it...
- Kassandra: Pan's flute! Xenia will love this.
...and left the cave.
Trivia
- According to Greek mythology, Pan's Flute is called Syrinx. She was a nymph that was turned into reeds with the help of water nymphs to hide from Pan. She was cut and crafted into the first flute after being found by Pan.
