The Case of the Vase was a virtual representation of one of Kassandra's genetic memories, relived by Layla Hassan in 2017 through the Portable Animus HR-8.5.[1]
Description[edit | edit source]
Kassandra met an artist whom bandits had robbed.
Dialogue[edit | edit source]
Kassandra met and spoke to a vase painter.
- Kassandra: Chaire. Can I help you with anything?
- Woman: Misthios, my vase! I worked on that design for weeks. Painting, glazing. All for bandits to knock me down and make off with it. Oh please gods, don't let them smash it.
- Kassandra: You want me to get it from the bandits?
- Woman: Yes, I need it back at all costs.
("I'll bring it to you.")
- Kassandra: It won't be easy, but I'll take care of it.
- Woman: Please be careful.
- Kassandra: You can leave everything to me.

Kassandra left to look for the bandit camp. After eliminating its inhabitants, she recovered the vase from a treasure chest and returned to the painter.
- Woman: Tell me, it's been handled, misthios.
- Kassandra: It's all yours.
- Woman: You're truly a great warrior. Please take this as thanks.
- Kassandra: All in a day's work.
Outcome[edit | edit source]
Kassandra was rewarded for helping the artist.
