Persistent Philanderer was a virtual representation of one of Kassandra's genetic memories, relived by Layla Hassan in 2018 through the Portable Animus HR-8.5.[1]

Kassandra met a hetaera who needed help.

Dialogue[edit | edit source]

Kassandra spoke to the hetaera.

  • Kassandra: You're the one who left the message on the board. What's going on?
  • Woman: A man in the city will not leave my friend in peace. He is infatuated, truly... he follows her, begs her...

  • Kassandra: He sounds obsessed with her. Does she... like that?
  • Woman: Of course not. What started out as a silly crush has become something much worse. His words now make her think he will do her harm.

  • Kassandra: And you want me to send him to the Ferryman.
  • Woman: His blood must be spilled.

("I'll handle it.")

  • Kassandra: I'll handle this.
  • Woman: Then I can rest easy.
  • Kassandra: I'll be back when everything's taken care of.

Kassandra left to look for the man, who was a farmer. After killing him, Kassandra returned to the hetaera.

  • Woman: You again. Have you killed him?
  • Kassandra: Your man is dead.
  • Woman: Thank you for all you've done. Please, take this.
  • Kassandra: That'll do.
