The Ore of Aphrodite was a virtual representation of one of Kassandra's genetic memories, relived by Layla Hassan through the Portable Animus HR-8.5.
Kassandra spoke to the blacksmith of Lalaia on the advice of Periktione. To aid the women of Lalaia, Kassandra gathered legendary ore for the village blacksmith.

Kassandra headed to the cliffs in Malis near the Hot Gates of Thermopylai. She climbed down the cliffs, entering the cave Methiadusa spoke of. After a while of searching, she found and recovered one of the ore.
Kassandra continued to recover the ores, successfully finding five needed by Methiadusa.
Kassandra returned to Methiadusa in Lalaia.

Kassandra helped Methiadusa to recover some Aphrodite's ore, allowing her to forge some equipment for the village.
