The Athenian Leader was a virtual representation of one of Kassandra's genetic memories, relived by Layla Hassan through the Portable Animus HR-8.5. This quest serves as a parent quest for Crumble and Burn, The Athenian Treasure Trove, and One Man Army.
Description
In order to defeat the Athenians in Megaris, Stentor asked Kassandra to kill the region's Leader. He mentioned that this task would be easier if she weakened the Athenian's position first.
Dialogue
Kassandra made her way inland after her discussion with Stentor. Almost immediately, she ran into a deceased solider.
- Kassandra: Could be one of Stentor's scouts. Looks like he's run into some problems.
She then infiltrated the Port of Nisaia to destroy the Athenian supplies there.
- Kassandra: The Port of Nisaia. If I'm going to find Athenian supplies this'll be the place.
Further inside, she found what she was looking for.
- Kassandra: Those blue supply crates with the white owl are the ones I need to destroy. A single fire arrow should do the trick.
Kassandra then made her way through Megaris to Fort Geraneia. Upon reaching the outskirts, she began to work her way into the Fort.
- Kassandra: Fort Geraneia is formidable. This must be where the Athenians keep their war chest. I should use Ikaros to find what I need.
(Players have the option of freeing a bear to wreak havoc among the guards.)
Kassandra snuck her way inside the building housing the treasure.
- Kassandra: I should get the treasure and leave quietly. The Athenian soldier's won't be so eager to fight when they don't get paid.
With the Athenian supplies destroyed, their treasure stolen, and soldiers killed, Kassandra made her way to Phokis to face their leader, Kebriones the Fire Bringer, and assassinated him.
- Kassandra: Now the Athenian leader is dead. I should return to Stentor.
