Beware the Siren Call was a virtual representation of one of Kassandra's genetic memories, relived by Layla Hassan through the Portable Animus HR-8.5.

Outcome

Kassandra explored the Tomb of Polybotes and kiled several priestesses within, including a member who used an aulos to mimic sounds of a siren. It turns out these women used the men they lured, including a fisherman as a source for blood, so they can boil and drink it.
