- Kassandra: What did you see?
- Euneas: There were others - not the Paros type. One had a mask - never seen that before.
- Kassandra: A mask? Hm.
- Euneas: I couldn't tell who he was.

Quarry Quandary was a virtual representation of one of Kassandra's genetic memories, relived by Layla Hassan through the Portable Animus HR-8.5.
At the request of her mother Myrrine, the Spartan misthios Kassandra found out what had happened to her missing admiral Euneas.
Kassandra returned to the Adrestia to set sail for Paros, in order to find Euneas. Barnabas asked her how her reunion went.
Docking on the east shore of Paros island, Kassandra saw the shattered remains of Euneas' ship beached nearby. A single Spartan soldier barely clung to life.

(Leave - "I'll go now.")
The soldier breathed his last. Kassandra gave him a moment of silence, then proceeded to the Fortified Marble Quarry at the heart of the island. With the help of Ikaros, she found Euneas.
She infiltrated the quarry to the highest point and released Euneas from his imprisonment.
Kassandra escorted Euneas out of the quarry to the safety of the eastern woods.
Euneas took his leave and made his own way back to Naxos.
Kassandra found and freed Euneas and his men. Afterwards, they agreed that Myrrine should hear what Euneas had learned.
