Kindness Kills was a virtual representation of one of Kassandra's genetic memories, relived by Layla Hassan in 2017 through the Portable Animus HR-8.5.[1]
Description
Kassandra met a priestess sometime after meeting Hippokrates.
Dialogue
Kassandra approached the priestess.
- Kassandra: Can I be of service, priestess?
You left a message on the board. What's the matter?
What can I do to serve the gods today, priestess? - Woman: Oh good, it's you. The gods must have heard my prayers.
- Kassandra: Don't believe everything you hear. I'm just a mercenary, lady.
- Woman: I heard of your kindess towards Hippokrates, and how you helped him with his errands. I have something I could use your help with, too, Eagle Bearer.
- Kassandra: And what would that be?
- Woman: Religious fanatics have been stealing valuables from my temple in protest of my work with Hippokrates. These thieves need to be dealt with before the situation gets worse.
- Kassandra: You want me to kill every last one of them.
- Woman: All the bandits must die. Do we have an agreement?
("I'll hunt the outlaws")
- Kassandra: All right. I'll do it.
- Woman: By Zeus, that's a relief.
- Kassandra: Chaire.
Kassandra left and went to the bandit camp, where she killed every one of the inhabitants. She then returned to the priestess.
- Woman: You're back. Have you killed them?
- Kassandra: I took care of them. Every last one.
- Woman: The gods thank you, and so do I. Take this.
- Kassandra: That'll do.
Outcome
Kassandra helped the priestess deal with the thieves.
